Seeking a Music Leader for Inspiring Sunday Worship!

Are you a passionate musician with a heart for leading others in worship? Look no further! Our small and welcoming church is searching for a talented Music Leader to join our Sunday services and elevate our worship experience to new heights.

Responsibilities:

•          Lead the congregation in worship through music, creating an atmosphere that encourages participation and spiritual reflection.
•          Coordinate and direct the church choir, band, and other musical ensembles during rehearsals and performances.
•          Curate a diverse repertoire of hymns, contemporary Christian music, and other worship songs that align with our church's values.
•          Collaborate with the pastor and other worship leaders to plan and organize meaningful Sunday worship experiences.

Requirements:

•          Proficiency in playing an instrument(s) and vocal ability to lead congregational singing.
•          Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire musicians and singers.
•          A deep understanding of various genres of Christian music and the ability to select songs that resonate with our congregation.
•          Prior experience leading worship or directing music in a church setting is preferred but not required.
